We encourage all interested prospective tenants to send in to our General Manager's office a business plan that would include the following:

Name of company, address, phone and fax
Approximate size of store required
Photos of current location or proposed layout
Photos and/or outline of merchandise including prices
Intended target market
A full sales forecast and cash flow analysis for year one
Overall budget including projected start up fees
